Overview

Merits make up the components of your metamaps. Each merit added to one of your metamaps gives your user the opportunity to improve their trustworthiness. We have grouped frequently-combined merits into merit blocks.

Merits can include:

• Validating a government-issued ID
• Validating a user's face matches with the submitted IDs and/or government records
• Checking submitted documents for tampering
• Verifying user location
• Checking a user against international and custom watchlists
• Reviewing and analyzing bank and credit data
• Checking court records for evidence of suspicious or criminal activity
