Overview

Custom Document is a tool you can add to your workflow that allows you to accept documents for verification that are not available as part of MetaMap's core Document Verification merit.

Features

• Up to 10 custom document templates

  Upload up to 10 custom document templates to the dashboard that you can add into your workflow.

• Match files with templates

  Check that the uploaded file matches your custom document templates.

• Extract fields

  If Advanced Validations mode is enabled, extract fields from custom documents and receive extracted data on the dashboard and via webhook.

• Download customer documents

  Check and download customer documents from the dashboard.
