Customer Flow
Your customers must upload a national identity document as part of our Document Verification product.
Currently, Document Verification is a required step that must be added before this block.
Document Verification
How it Works
For workflow with court record lookups, the lookup is available only if the individual has been verified by all other merits in the workflow and has provided enough information to initiate a lookup.
If the individual has been verified for all other merits and we have obtained enough information, the court record lookup will execute automatically.
Manually initiate a court record lookup
If the individual has failed a check, been rejected, or requires review, the court record lookup will not be available unless you have manually changed their status to "verified."
After you have manually verified an individual's status, you can initiate a court record lookup.
Otherwise, you will be notified that the court record lookup step is not available.
