Bank Account Data FAQ
What types of data are available?
All of the data available in the individual's account or bank statement is available to be accessed.
Raw transaction history (3 to 12 months), balance, account, identity information and enriched data.
What security measures have been added?
- Credentials are never stored
- Both MetaMap and their customers have read-only access to the accounts
- We use bank level security and 256 bit encryption throughout the entire process
What is the opt in rate?
The rate can be as high as 70% but varies depending on the individual's region, type of individual and the use case. We provide various guidelines to help you explain the benefits for them to provide this consent.
How many months of transactions are available?
This depends on the source and what is possible. We typically have between 3 and 12 months of transaction history.
